The People and Training Directorate is the main body for supporting people within the Royal Navy.
One part of the Directorate is the People Support organisation who are there to:
‘To provide accessible support services that strengthen and enhance the resilience and resourcefulness of Royal Navy personnel, their families and communities in order to contribute to the Moral Component and optimise Operational Capability.’
This is where Royal Navy Family & People Support (RN FPS) sits as a department, working closely alongside, Sports, Adventure Training, Operational Stress Management, Casualty Cell, Health & Wellbeing, Personnel Support Group and Accommodation.
