Confidentiality 

RN FPS prides itself on offering a confidential service to enable a more effective support service through open and honest dialogue. However, if disclosures are made to RN FPS, which could have serious consequences if information was not shared, RN FPS will share information for safeguarding purposes. Any information shared will be done so within the parameters of the Data Protection Act 2018 and in line with MOD Policy.

Data Storage 

Personnel information pertaining to an individual in crisis is stored on our electric system called JANIS, with other non-casework information within Ltd SharePoint Folders which are only accessible to a small number of staff.  

Information is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and in line with the MOD Privacy Notice and Personal Information Charter.  

To obtain access to your records held by RN FPS you will need to complete a MOD Form 1694  and return it to: [email protected]
