SSAFA - Safe to Serve - Supporting Service Women

Safe to Serve is a 2 year funded Armed Forces Covenant Trust Fund project. This project provides confidential support for serving women both regular and reserve outside of the immediate Chain of Command. It is for those who are experiencing bullying, discrimination, harassment sexual harassment or sexual assault in a work-based relationship. This support can cover emotional and practical support and guidance, as well as signposting/referrals where necessary. The service is designed to break a culture of silence, provide compassionate advocacy, and ensure every servicewoman is believed, supported, and protected. Whether you need practical advice, emotional support, or simply someone to listen, the team is there for you. 

Referral methods are multi-channel access, to make it easier for an individual who may have experienced trauma to access the service. You can self-refer or be referred by a professional in with consent on the following options:
