Southampton Family Trust are hosting parenting courses, seminars and couple-support sessions available to Royal Navy and Royal Marines families from January 2026 onwards.
These free sessions are designed to offer practical guidance and emotional support for family life, including:
- Parenting children with ADHD
- Parenting children with autism
- Support for managing challenging behaviours at home
- Help with specific topics: PDA; Masking; Emotionally Based School Avoidance
- Couple support and healthy relationship workshops
