Service Leavers Events (SLE) are a way to formally thank Service Leavers and their invited guests for their Service and their Families’ support of their Service.
Leaving the Royal Navy is a significant milestone – not just for the Service Leaver, but for the families who have stood beside them through every Deployment, move, and moment of service life.
SLE are designed to formally recognise and thank those transitioning out of the Royal Navy, while also celebrating the vital support of their Spouses, Partners and Families.
These events are a chance to reflect on your achievements, connect with others, and look ahead to the next chapter – together.

All SLE will be hosted by a 2* with a drinks-reception-style event.
