Job Summary
- Primary Purpose. To provide oversight and management of the CC within the PPA. The CC aim is to provide a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment that supports social, cultural, recreational, and educational activities for Service Personnel and their families. The facilities offer a range of rooms and hall spaces available for hire to meet diverse community needs and play a key role in enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life of armed forces families through accessible programmes, services and community engagement.
- Secondary Purpose. To provide support to the Leisure and Amenities Fund (LAF) Manager, so that the best possible services and amenities may be provided to HMNB(P) personnel.
- Working Hours. This position is advertised at a core 37 hours per week. Routines to be agreed by line manager and reviewed at regular intervals.
