The Naval Families Federation (NFF) is currently gathering feedback from Royal Navy (RN) and Royal Marines (RM) personnel and their families to inform our evidence to the Armed Forces Pay Review Body (AFPRB) as they consider their recommendations for the annual pay and allowances review.

 

As one of the few organisations able to present family evidence directly to the AFPRB, your views help ensure the experiences and financial challenges of Naval families are also heard by the Government, the Ministry of Defence and the Royal Navy.
