Announcing the Introduction of Our New Transition Resource

We are pleased to launch our Transition Resources for UK educators, designed to support positive transitions for armed forces children moving between education systems.  The Resources have been developed in collaboration with educators, stakeholders and partners across each of the UK nations.

What is the Transition Resource?

The Transition Resource is a curated set of resources, organised around a core set of transition activities sending and receiving schools should complete before, during and following children’s moves between systems.
