Family Welfare Grant Days Out provide deployed families with a free activity whilst their serving person is deployed. Have you taken up on any yet?
The Day Out at Edinburgh Zoo was attended by several families. The weather was sunny and dry which helped make it and enjoyable and memorable experience.
All those in attendance had fun seeing so many animals and one even 'donated' his water bottle to the meerkats!
However, the Alpaca Trek was not so kind with the weather very dull and wet!
It was zipped up raincoats and perseverance with all in attendance, but, in a true Scottish fashion it did not dampen the experience.
