Pension Awareness Week (and the official Pension Awareness Day on 15 September) is an annual campaign, produced by Pension Geeks and is now in it's tenth year!

5 years ago, on the back of the national campaign, the AFPS decided what a great opportunity this would be to set up their own campaign, to encourage the Armed Forces community to get to know their Armed Forces Pension, how decisions made can affect you and your family, and how the Society can help empower you to make the best pension choices.

Armed Forces Pensions can be difficult to understand. There are so many pension topics and issues to consider that they can’t possibly cover all of them during this Pension Awareness week, but with free webinars, signposting to information and support, articles, tips, and FAQs, what they do hope is that you come away knowing how important it is to begin to understand your pension so that you can make the best decisions for you, your family and your future.
