In order to enter this competition, you must be either a serving member of HM Armed Forces or NATO PN personnel. 

All competitors will choose which events they would like to participate in - you can choose as many, or as little as you like.

The competition is open to Female, Male U80kg, Male U90kg, Male U105kg, and Male Opens. All event weights are included in the administration instruction.

The entry fee for the competition will be £10 to cover the cost of trophies.

Competitors are encouraged to use ECOPF (Enhanced Commanding Officers' Public Fund) where possible.
