  • ADHD Somerset - A Support Group for Adults, Families & Carers - for anyone affected by ADHD, whether diagnosed, seeking support, or just want to learn more:

  • Autism Hampshire
    • Hampshire CAMHS Information Workshops - are free autism support and information courses made up of 6 workshops for parents with autistic children under CAMHS.  See flyer for more information including dates of courses for January-March 2026 and how to book.Hampshire CAMHS Information Workshop

  • Bibic - is a national charity based in Langport, Somerset.  They deliver therapeutic programmes to children, young people and adults and support individuals with developmental and neurological disabilities and difficulties.  Bibic has signed the Armed Forces Covenant and as part of it's commitment will give serving personnel and veterans 10% off all it's services.  All that is needed at the time of booking is a service number.  Check this link for more about their services - bibic charity - assessments and developmental therapy for children
  • British Dyslexia Association - Financial Support - The Theo Paphitis Dyslexia Bursary - this round of bursaries are aimed at supporting young people aged 12-21 years old, from low income households across England, Wales and Northern Ireland -  Please check eligibility and requirements before making an application.   Check this link for more information about eligibility criteria and how to apply -  The Theo Paphitis Dyslexia Bursary - British Dyslexia Association
  • Cornwall Council - Access4ALL Scheme - is a new initiative designed to support children and young people with SEND and their families.  This card gives eligible families access to exclusive discounts and priority offers across Cornwall and nearby.  Check this link for more information about eligibility and how to apply - Family Information Service Cornwall
  • Council for Disabled Children - SEND Regional Engagement Events with the Department for Education - the DfE alongside other experts will be hosting a series of SEND Engagement events across the country, to listen to and understand the full range of views and experiences from a wide range of perspectives.  Events are for parents, carers, school staff and SEND professionals and other key interested stakeholders to come together.  Events will take place during the day from 1000-1200 - see flyer for more information about dates and venues. SEND Regional Engagement Events with the Department for Education   The online event takes place on the 3rd December.  Booking for events can be made via this link SEND Regional Engagement Events with the Department for Education

  • Love Autism - Autism & Christmas - support session for parents and carers of how too manage autistic children, young people and adults over the festive period - Tuesday 9th December, 1830-2000 at the Drumfork Community Centre, Helensburgh.  Check the attached flyer for more information.
