Southampton Family Trust are hosting parenting courses, seminars and couple-support sessions available to Royal Navy and Royal Marines families. Funded by RNRMC as part of the Strengthening Families Programme.
These free sessions are designed to offer practical guidance and emotional support for family life, including:
- Parenting children with ADHD or autism
- Support for managing challenging behaviours at home
- Help with specific topics: Understanding School Anxiety, Masking & Burnout, Oppositional Behaviours
- Couple support and healthy relationship workshops
