Time to Talk Day 3rd February

One in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem in any given year.  

A Time to talk event is all about creating supportive communities by having conversations with family, friends or colleagues.    By talking to each other we can support ourselves and others.  We want everyone to feel comfortable talking about Mental Health – whenever they like.  If someone does open up about their mental health, we know it might not always feel easy to know what to say.  But it doesn’t have to be awkward, and just being there for someone can make a big difference.

The official date is the 3rd February but events will be taking place across February, keep an eye out for further details.
