As part of RNRMC’s Strengthening Families- By Your Side programme the Nurturing Anchors Workshops are an empowering online programme designed for parent / carers. Led by two skilled facilitators, these group-based workshops hope to achieve RNRMC’s aim of enhancing the health and wellbeing of our naval families with neurodivergent children.
Nurturing Anchors' is a Free12-week course, facilitated by Kids Charity, to help parent carers of individuals with neurodiversity to master their own self-care with practical tips and guidance.
Kids Charity is commissioned to run three groups over the next 12 months.
Next Start date: Thursday, 8th of February, 7pm - 9pm
Commitment: 2 hours a week, for 12 weeks.
Delivery: Online, Group-based workshops.
