Young Carers: Champions for Change – an exciting new project working with young carers from Armed Force Families in Hampshire and Wiltshire. By becoming a ‘Champion’ you will come together with other young carer champions at a residential event in the summer taking part in workshops, games and outdoor activities as well as developing positive attitudes towards health and wellbeing, gaining confidence, leadership and media skills.
