This masterclass is designed to help new business owners who have just started to follow their dream and established business owners who are hitting on hard times and will focus on:
- Understanding your audience clusters
- Profiling your audience
- Defining the user journey
The masterclass will be hosted by Leona Barr-Jones the Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Focus7.
This session will be facilitated by Roger Cawte. Roger has over 20 years of business experience working with various SMEs as either owner, director, employee, or independent advisor.
