The Forces Employment Charity

The Forces Employment Charity (FEC) provides life-long, life-changing support, jobs and training opportunities to Service leavers, veterans, reservists and their spouses, partners and children.

Their dedicated families programme delivers holistic employability and employment support to spouses and partners of still serving personnel and veterans, including divorced, separated, and bereaved, in the UK and overseas.

FEC understand service life and transition can impact the whole family, and also offers personal development and career guidance to dependants aged 16-24.

Op PROSPER is an Office for Veterans’ Affairs programme (awarded to FEC through the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust) which will empower veterans and their families the length and breadth of the United Kingdom, enabling them to thrive in society by ensuring equal access to employment opportunities and supporting them into sustainable, valuable careers.

The Families Programme provides tailored careers and employability support to meet the diverse and individual needs of all partners within the Armed Forces Community. (Partners and spouses of both serving personnel and veterans including separated, divorced, and widowed, based in the UK and overseas.
