The Forces Employment Charity (FEC) provide life-long, life-changing support across employment to all members of the Armed Forces community, and support veterans in the justice system, providing tailored advice and assistance, regardless of circumstances, rank, length of service, or reason for leaving.
Their dedicated families programme delivers holistic employability and employment support to spouses and partners of still serving personnel and veterans, including divorced, separated, and bereaved, in the UK and overseas.
FEC understand service life and transition can impact the whole family, so also offer mentoring and career guidance to service children and young people aged 16-24.
Op ASCEND is an Office for Veterans’ Affairs programme an Office for Veterans’ Affairs programme run by the Forces Employment Charity, provides clear, accessible career pathways for veterans, ensuring they are empowered to succeed from the moment they join the Armed Forces, throughout their service, and beyond.
The Families Programme supports spouses and partners of still-serving personnel and veterans, including divorced, separated, and bereaved, on their journey into employment.
