The Career Transition Partnership (CTP) is the official resettlement service for the Armed Forces, brings together expert personal support, employers and training providers to help those who serve resettle into civilian life.
The CTP provides a range of support specifically designed to help Service leavers with their resettlement. This includes a range of expert personal advice and guidance, training courses, digital tools, resettlement events and access to relevant job vacancies.
From 1 Oct 24, access will be available via a new website. on 7 Oct 24, Service Leavers will be able to log in to the new system, receiving an email with new log in details.
