We have an exciting opportunity for a new Member Support Agent & Reward Genie to join the Virgin team.
Start date & training asap.
UK remote, on going contract, £10.50ph, rising to £11.99ph after 3 months.
Set Working Hours.
Week 1
Tuesday – 09:30 – 14:30
Wednesday – 08:00 – 16:00
Week 2
Wednesday – 08:00 -16:00
Saturday – 16:00 – Midnight
2 week shift rotation, 52 weeks a year.
There will be additional hours available to cover Team leave – mandatory training will be additional hours TBC.
Essentials:
- Confident using social media experience
- Recent customer service experience of at least 2 years
- Ability to attend training during outside of contracted hours – dates TBC
- Experience using Microsoft software such as Outlook and Excel
- Be able to pick up new technology easily
- Great team player with the ability to create excellent working relationships.
- Attention to detail is paramount
- Excellent written and spoken English – at the next stage, you will be asked to complete a short written test
- Fun, hard working, innovative, original and personable
- Own work space, stable internet access & UK based
