Recruit for Spouses is an independent and award winning social enterprise dedicated to supporting, championing and finding gainful employment for an untapped talent pool of spouses and partners to members of our Armed Forces.
They work to overcome outdated perceptions about mobility and suitability and provide the tools for spouses to return to the workplace and excel in their chosen path, providing unparalleled understanding and support of the employment situation of military spouses and offer a supportive community for spouses to get back into the workplace.
The RFS Career Academy was launched in 2017 with one simple mission: to support military spouses and the Armed Forces Community in to work, wherever you are in the world, offering FREE programmes and services, support, up-skilling, training and coaching & mentoring opportunities.
Working in collaboration with progressive, supportive industry sector experts and organisations to give you the tools to develop, grow and gain confidence in the workplace or to secure employment.
