The Lifeworks Families course is designed around the often-difficult circumstances of coping with existing family commitments and equips military spouses/partners with the skills and confidence to find employment and/or develop a career.

This employment programme has been designed for military families and aims to help with all aspects of an individual’s search and move into training and work. It is also a great source for Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) on how to achieve career goals, work on career direction and improve self-efficacy.

The programme, centred around a 4-day course, is extremely flexible and can adapt to the needs of any person on the programme, including existing work or childcare commitments.

 All support is given by one of our highly experienced Tutors and Employment advisors, and Occupational Psychologists who will be able to help with any aspect of your job search.
