Business Masterclass - Why Bookkeeping Matters

X-Forces Enterprise is delighted to invite you to this Business Masterclass on Why Bookkeeping Matters supported by ABF the Soldiers' Charity.

One of Keith May's mottos is 'know your figures, reduce your tax'. Who wouldn't like that? The importance of bookkeeping is not based solely on staying on the right side of the law - keeping your figures up to date can help your profitability.

In this Masterclass, Keith will share the different tax treatments for sole traders and limited companies, including their relevance to equipment purchases and pension contributions. It's crucial to know when and how to buy or contribute. You will be introduced to Keith's four pillars of business decision making and he'll explain why you should never make a decision based on one pillar alone. Finally, Keith will pull back the curtain on ten simple ways to reduce your tax bill.
The Masterclass will be hosted by Keith May
Keith has been involved with XFE since attending a resettlement course in 2017. Whilst in the Army, Keith qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant. After retiring in 2018, Keith set up his own accounting firm in Skegness on the East Coast of Lincolnshire.

This session will be facilitated by Roger Cawte. Roger has over 20 years of business experience working with various SMEs as either owner, director, employee, or independent advisor.
