RN FPS Summer Residential Activities Programme - Update

RN FPS Community

Royal Navy Families and People Support, Army Welfare Service (AWS) Community Support (CS), and RAF Community Support are collaborating with the Youth Hostel Association to deliver a Summer Activity Outdoor Adventure breaks residential experiences for children and young people, 8 - 12 year old’s, and 13 16 year old’s, who have a Serving parent.

These will be held at:

YHA Edale - Week commencing 8 Aug, 15 Aug, 22 Aug

YHA Okehampton - Week commencing 25 Jul, 1 Aug, 8 Aug 

YHA St Brievals Castle - Week commencing 25 Jul, 1 Aug, 8 Aug

Children and Young people will be selected based on expression of interest and will be expected to be involved in preparation and planning work prior to the residential. 
Funding for most of the stay is kindly being supported by RNRMC, with families paying £25 towards the cost.
More details are available when registering via the 'Expressions of Interest' form by 30 Apr 22 or by email to [email protected]  
Please note, a personal statement as to why the Child/Young Person would benefit from this residential is required so please ensure you have this completed prior to filling in the form.
