The Submariner Memorial at the National Memorial Arboretum will be dedicated on Wednesday 18 May.  There are a limited number of spaces at the event, which includes a lunch, and these have been divided between serving submariners and their families, submarine veterans and those who have donated, fundraised and worked for the appeal.

A RNTM is being issued to explain how serving personnel and their families may apply for tickets. The Submariners Association, We Remember Submariners and the Friends of the RN Submarine Museum have been allocated a limited number of tickets which they are allocating in turn to some of their members.  If you are a submarine veteran who has not received a ticket via one of these organisations you can still apply for one by emailing [email protected] on or before 7 Feb 2022.  A draw will then be made and the lucky winners notified.

The National Memorial Arboretum is a public place and anybody without an event ticket may still visit on 18 May (the dedication starts at 1200 but be there early).  You should be able to see and hear from outside the event space and once the dedication is over the memorial will be open to all.
