The Naval Families Federation is an independent charity, separate from the Chain of Command, dedicated to improving support for Royal Navy and Royal Marines Serving personnel and their families.

As the leading advocacy organisation for the Naval community, we ensure the lived experiences of families are heard, understood, and reflected in policy decisions. Our specialist advisers provide confidential advice, guidance, and advocacy on housing, health, education, childcare, employment, overseas assignments and more.

 Our Immigration Advice Authority qualified case workers provide free help and support on visa and immigration processes.

With a team made up largely of naval partners and veterans, we understand the realities of Service life and are committed to ensuring every family voice is heard.
