The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust is excited to have launched a highly specialised programme that will make a small number of grants to create systemic change for Armed Forces communities. Grants of up to £300,000 are available.

Delivering long-term systemic change

Under this programme, with funding from the Covenant Fund, we expect to make between five and seven grants of up to £300,000 towards innovative projects with a national focus and which can evidence that the project will deliver long-term systemic change for specific, unmet needs within Armed Forces communities. 

We will fund a very small number of projects that will deliver permanent and significant changes or improvements for Armed Forces communities, where there are hidden needs not being met by current service provision.

Your project will need to work with people from Armed Forces communities who have needs that are having a significant impact on their lives, but who cannot access specialist services because these services are not available or accessible to them.

Transforming the landscape

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity.  We hope to look back in five years’ time and see that the landscape is transformed such that new infrastructure and support networks exist to meet previously unmet needs amongst specific cohorts within the Armed Forces community.  This will be systemic and sustainable change that improves the lives of those that serve or have served our nation and their families.
