Why not come and join our National Book Club?

This month’s Book Club read is ‘The Wedding People’ by Alison Espach.

Phoebe Stone arrives at the grand Cornwall Inn where she is mistaken for a guest, but she’s actually the only person who is not here for the big event. Phoebe is here because she has always dreamt of coming for years with her husband, only now she is here without him, at rock bottom, and determined to have one last decadent splurge on herself. Meanwhile the bride has accounted for every detail and every possible disaster except for, well, Phoebe and her plan. What is surprising is the two women cannot stop confiding in each other.

The books picked to read for each month are selected by a voting system twice a year. Members are asked to give their suggestion and the group will vote, winners will be informed in a Teams Meeting.

Members will receive a hard, Kindle or Google Play copy of the Book.
