Our Parenting Children with ADHD course is for Royal Navy and Royal Marines parents and carers of children with ADHD, whether diagnosed or suspected.
It offers practical strategies, support and a chance to connect with other Naval families who understand the unique challenges of Navy life.

The course is friendly, practical and non-judgemental, with plenty of opportunities to share experiences and learn from other parents.
