Parenting a child with ADHD can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also bring challenges at home, at school and in family life. Understanding what’s behind your child’s behaviour can make a real difference.
Our 8-week Parenting Children with ADHD course is for Royal Navy and Royal Marines parents and carers of children with ADHD, whether diagnosed or suspected. It offers practical strategies, support and a chance to connect with other Naval families who understand the unique challenges of Navy life.

The course is friendly, practical and non-judgemental, with plenty of opportunities to share experiences and learn from other parents.
