The Armed Forces Continuous Attitude Survey (AFCAS) 2022 Main Report.

Today sees the publication of this year’s Armed Forces Continuous Attitude Survey (AFCAS). Speaking on the release of the results, Director of People and Training, Rear Admiral Jude Terry said:

 

"Thank you to all of you who took the time to participate in the 2022 AFCAS survey.  By responding you are helping us understand your lived experience and the impact our decisions have on you.  We take this very seriously and we will study the results closely to understand where policy and practice can and should be improved..."
