Reading Force are inviting children to take part in their 'My Forces Life' Art Competition'.

This competition is for children and young people of all ages and runs until 21st May. They have lots of prizes and fantastic judges, including Cressida Cowell and Olaf Falafel.

There are prizes in each age category including £100 of Nosy Crow books for younger children, £100 book tokens and £50 of Daler Rowney art materials for teens! Everyone who enters will receive a special certificate and all winning entries will be displayed in our online gallery.

Reading Force want Forces children and young people to make the subject their own – what means something to them when they think about ‘My Forces Life’? It may be their family, one family member, a place, a best friend, a feeling, an activity they do with their family. The subject of their artwork can be anything that relates to their Forces life. It can be created in any 2D medium that can be reproduced so they can send us a scan or photograph of it.
