The Directorate Children & Young People - (DCYP), has added information about eligibility to claim certain benefits to the "Royal Navy Families" section of the "Discover My Benefits" website. 

  
These include: 
 

• Overseas Nursery Authority for 3 and 4 Year Olds 
• Universal Infant Free School Meals for Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 
• Education Fees and Expenses (in non-MOD school areas overseas)
