To commemorate the 40th anniversary of the liberation of the Falkland Islands, teams of Royal Marines stationed in Commando Units across the country will recreate the 56-mile yomp this June.⠀
The Corps is encouraging people to cover the final tenth of the distance yomped by commandos across the islands in 1982 to raise money for the Royal Marines Charity

They are asking supporters to join in from wherever they are in the world and take part by running, walking, or cycling 5.6 miles on 10-14 June 2022.⠀
