If so, be aware that due to COVID, the Government has extended the period of notice, currently landlords must give tenants to six months and this will be reducing to 4 months from June.  Some families returning from overseas postings have found that tenants are unwilling to vacate properties. In Scotland the law allows for repossession of homes for the owners' use, but not in England.
