The course also examines the unique role Navy life plays in relationships, with particular focus on the challenges and impact of deployments. Through a mix of group discussions and dedicated time for private conversations with their partner, couples can reflect on their relationship in a supportive environment. Sessions are led by experienced relationship support specialists and trained facilitators from Marriage Care, who have extensive experience delivering relationship services. The course is delivered by Marriage Care and funded by RNRMC. Serving Personnel and Veterans, can be couples or individuals. Despite the charity name, couples and individuals do not have to be married to participate. Couples can attend with their partner, or alone, should they be deployed or have other work commitments.
